It has come to our attention that individuals claiming to represent the ADM Congress and Westin Gaslamp Hotel are sending emails from the address ops@travellerpoint.org falsely offering accommodation booking services for the ADM conference. We want to emphasize that these communications are NOT affiliated with the official event organizers in any way.

Please be aware that the official accommodation partner for the ADM Congress is the Westin Gaslamp Hotel. They are the sole entity authorized to handle all accommodation-related matters for our esteemed guests and participants.

To ensure the safety and security of your arrangements, we kindly request you to take note of the following:

1.         Official Communication: All official correspondence related to accommodation for the ADM Conference will only come from the Westin Gaslamp Hotel or the ADM conference administration. They will use their designated email addresses and official communication channels. Please be cautious of emails or calls claiming to offer services unrelated to the Westin.

2.         Caution with Personal Information: Avoid sharing personal information, credit card details, or any sensitive data with unauthorized individuals.

3.         Verification of Sources: If you receive any suspicious communication related to the congress, we strongly advise you to verify the source before taking any action. You can contact the ADM office directly @ adm@res-inc.com to confirm the legitimacy of any accommodation offers or inquiries.

Your safety and security are of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring a pleasant and scam-free experience for all attendees.
